This started with a small local business, not a tech background. Running it day to day meant living with the same frustrations every small business owner knows — the tools that promise to help are built for enterprises, the "simple" ones still need a developer, and the real problems (a missed message, a slow follow-up, a process nobody has time to document) just pile up.

One of those problems — customers messaging after hours and never hearing back in time — was the one quietly costing the most. We fixed it for ourselves first: a no-code chatbot that never sleeps.
